Brief - Brand identity for the Acoustic safety programme’.
New government legislation came into place in 2007, to protect employees in call centres across the UK against Acoustic shock - a pulse of damaging sound through headsets worn by the employees.
The pan European programme by the CCMA was designed to educate employers, helping them to implement measures to bring their call centres up to speed with the new legislation.
